Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. We accept Visa and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet throught this site.

When your order is received, this does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Delivery Schedule All goods are delivered using Parcelforce or a Courier. Deliveries are normally made on mondays to fridays unless special arrangements have been agreed. Your order will be despatched with 2 working day s of receipt (or sooner) using the service you have indicated. The following charges will apply:

2/3 WORKING DAYS DELIVERY

Order Value up to £75 + VAT - £6.00 Carriage

Order Value over £75 + VAT - Carriage FREE

For Islands and Highlands there will be an Additional Carriage cost of £10 regardless of order value.

NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY

Order Value up to £75 + VAT - £10.00 Carriage

Order Value over £75 + VAT - £6.00 Carriage

Next Working Day Service is not available to Islands and Highlands

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the expected delivery date and you will have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. A refund would be made in this instance.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
